I am a multimedia artist, with a particular focus on video and spatial video installations. As an observer of the seemingly unnoticeable, I focus on the minor phenomena that art often overlooks, dismissing them as overly common. My work revolves around drawing attention to these often-neglected aspects of everyday life, presenting them as less obvious and more extraordinary through the lens of art. My work is mostly about bringing attention to the often-overlooked parts of common life and making them seem unobvious and extraordinary through art.
In many of my pieces, I tell forgotten stories and give them a new perspective. This approach comes from my background in photography, which I still consider important in shaping my artistic journey, even though I now use other media.
What interests me most in art is the ability to show ordinary moments as something significant, unobvious and thought-provoking. I aim to capture these unique moments in everyday life and also revive forgotten stories. My art can be described as a process of simplification, where I create a minimalistic and subtle comment using limited resources.
