The work is a CGI animation that presents a story largely based on excerpts from the real accounts of polar explorers. The "conquest of the South Pole" became possible through the use of dog sleds. Many of the dogs paid for this journey with their lives. The descriptions of their deaths, extracted from the real accounts, commemorate the forgotten animals.
